With little light and from a distance, we had no idea what silhouette we were approaching high in a tree. Uncharacteristic of them to climb trees, I was shocked to realize it was a cheetah. I quickly grabbed my camera from the bottom of my bag, firing off a few blind shots as she descended. I was just lucky my camera settings from the previous day were still applicable.
